The ANSEROS Micro Bubble Reactor (MBR) is a glass cylinder containing a fine-pored diffuser. The original glass reactor was engineered and constructed by the ANSEROS Research & Development Centre in Germany.
The ceramic diffuser plate is used to dissolve ozone in water. The counter-current gas-liquid flow improves mass transfer. This also increases efficiency. The glass reactor is made entirely of glass. Special inlet and outlet connections allow for easy feeding and handling through the tubes.
