Advanced ozone production is achieved using double-walled Jena quartz plasma discharge modules featuring MetallSputterShield technology (AMS). The ozone gas output is completely free of metallic particles, making it ideal for clean technologies. As there are no built-in seals, there are no TCOs and the discharge modules cannot be affected by corrosion. Consequently, the device is maintenance-free and ready for long-term operation. Fouling of the electrodes and a decline in ozone capacity are impossible. Doping gases such as N₂, Ar and others are not required. Any type and quality of carrier gas can be used, including dry air, humidified air, ambient air, oxygen from generator systems, or pure oxygen of any grade from a cylinder.
