采用双层壁耶拿石英等离子体放电模块，并结合金属溅射屏蔽技术 (MST)，可实现先进的臭氧生成。输出的臭氧气体完全不含金属颗粒，是清洁技术的理想之选。由于没有内置密封件，因此不存在总接触氧化物 (TCO)，且放电模块不受腐蚀影响。因此，该设备无需维护，可长期稳定运行。电极结垢和臭氧容量下降的情况不可能发生。无需添加氮气 (N₂)、氩气 (Ar) 等掺杂气体。可使用任何类型和品质的载气，包括干燥空气、加湿空气、环境空气、发生器系统提供的氧气或钢瓶提供的任何等级的纯氧。
