The atmosphere contains natural ozone gas which is moved into buildings and facilities by air ventilation. A lot of industrial equipment also produces ozone by electrical discharge and by light radiation inside the industrial facilities. Especially with rubber products like tires, the influence of ozone is severe in terms of material quality. Rubber has a natural tendency to rapidly deteriorate in the presence of ozone. Rubber materials get cracks and fastly loose quality when exposed to ozone gas. Anseros offers catalyst equipment to destroy ozone gas by recirculating the room atmosphere.

The ozone test system SIM 6300 is equipped with a test wheel for dynamic and static strain tests combined with rotation. Furthermore, it features an ozone monitor, an ozone controller and a temperature and humidity controller. |

The SIM 6050 test system is equiped with a 50 litre test cabinet. It encompasses an ozone generator, an analyser and a controller as well as temperature control, an exhaust gas catalyser, a particle filter and carbon and gas filters.

The Ozone Test Chamber SIM pocket is designed to check and compare different probes of rubber under the influence of ozone.

The Anseros Ozone Test Chambers can be equipped with peripheral tools for static and dynamic tests. Besides classic linear tools (75005, 75006, 75036), more innovative rotation discs are available (75031, 75033). By using the disc 75033, static and dynamic tests can be carried out on one and the same platform at the same time. The main effect of the disc is the continuously changing blowing direction of the ozone gas which helps to avoid crack profiles, i.e. unbiased deterioration effects on the sample. Therefore the disc provides for higher accuracy than linear testing principles. |

The quality and safety of cables and seals gets more and more important in installations as multifarious as they are nowadays. Not too long ago, we experienced immense disaster examples due to the low quality of materials used for cable insulation and seals. Anseros developed its latest test chamber models especially customized for cable testing. Especially designed for cable and seals testing, this system is compatible to conduct tests according to different test standards worldwide.
